Terms & Conditions of Use for the comel888 Platform

1 Acceptance of Terms

This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you as the user ("Member") and comel888 as the platform operator ("Company"). This Agreement takes effect when you access, register for or use any service offered by comel888.

By continuing to use this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by all terms, conditions, policies and guidelines set out in this document and in the comel888 Privacy Policy.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

Use of the comel888 platform is restricted to individuals who meet the following criteria:

• Has not previously had an account closed or been banned from the comel888 platform for a terms violation.

Each individual is only permitted to register one (1) account. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts and the freezing of any balances held within them. comel888 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Documents that may be requested include a national identity card (MyKad), passport or other relevant official documents to fulfil legal compliance requirements.

3 Account Usage & Security

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Your password and username are confidential and must not be shared with any other party. All transactions and bets placed using your login credentials will be considered valid and authorised by you.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation or that your credentials have been compromised, you are required to notify the comel888 support team immediately via live chat or email. comel888 is not responsible for losses arising from the disclosure of a password by the user.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the comel888 platform — including deposits and withdrawals — are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum deposit amount is RM50 per transaction across all payment methods;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per request;
• Supported payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX online banking and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH);
• Withdrawal processing time is between 10 and 45 minutes depending on the method selected;
• Withdrawals can only be processed to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the same user's name.

comel888 reserves the right to hold or delay the processing of withdrawals for anti-money laundering (AML) compliance purposes or if there is suspicious activity on the account in question. In such situations, the user may be required to submit additional supporting documents.

All deposits made are final. comel888 does not bear any losses arising from errors in entering payment information by the user.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotions offered by comel888 are subject to the specific terms outlined alongside the relevant offer. The general terms governing all bonuses are as follows:

• The comel888 Welcome Bonus offers a 120% first deposit bonus of up to RM500;
• The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount received;
• Example: Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM120 → Balance RM220 → Wagering requirement: RM120 × 10 = RM1,200;
• Example: Deposit RM1,000 → Bonus RM500 → Balance RM1,500 → Wagering requirement: RM500 × 10 = RM5,000;
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — winnings from bonuses can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirements have been fully met;
• A user is only eligible to claim one (1) welcome bonus during the lifetime of their account.

For the VIP programme, the weekly cashback available covers five (5) tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — with weekly cashback rates ranging from 0.2% to 1.2%. VIP members move up tiers based on their activity record and loyalty on the platform.

6 Prohibited Conduct

Use of the comel888 platform is subject to strict conduct standards. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools for betting purposes without authorisation;
• Money laundering through the platform or use of funds from illegal sources;
• Any form of fraud, game manipulation or collusion between players;
• Registering multiple accounts or using false identities;
• Making fraudulent fund claims or disputing valid transactions dishonestly;
• Sharing, selling or transferring accounts to another party;
• Any action that compromises the integrity of the platform, servers or the experience of other users.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate action without prior notice, including suspension or closure of account, freezing or confiscation of account balance, and potential legal action.

7 Account Suspension, Closure & Termination

comel888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these terms and conditions;
• Suspected activity involving fraud or money laundering;
• Legal compliance requirements or instructions from relevant authorities;
• A self-exclusion request by the user for responsible gambling reasons.

Users may also request closure of their own account at any time by contacting the comel888 support team. Any valid balance in the account will be processed for withdrawal once internal review is complete, subject to compliance with all relevant wagering requirements.

8 Data Protection & Privacy

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

The comel888 platform operates under international licensing. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Agreement will first be resolved through negotiation between both parties.

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation, the dispute will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the rules set by the relevant licensing body. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
